    Why is it so bad, if it is so good… Critical analysis of the Polish Organ Transplant Act

    Despite the Polish Organ Transplant Act is considered very advanced, the number of organs sourced from deceased donors in Poland is highly insufficient. We believe that this could be improved by modi­fying the existing Act. In this paper we present our findings and draft proposals for changes of law
