Abstrakt

A documentary in the study of globalization

Based on the analysis of four documentary movies, I show cognitive capabilities of the documentaries in the context of the discussion and research on globalization. Each of the selected films illustrates different situations. Of course, the selected documentaries do not reveal all the most important cognitive capabilities. Nevertheless, the four films allow us to understand how different are the options and how much depends on the person who is both a film developer and researcher of globalization.
