Adjustment process in intercivilizational migrations — the example of Muslim immigrants in Wrocław
The article focuses on the adjustment process in intercivilizational migrations. It is based on the results of the research of Muslim immigrants living in Wrocław area. Apart from the brief characteristics of their population, the article puts forward a proposition of a theoretical approach towards the problem of immigrant adjustment process. The second part of the article presents general results of the research, especially concerning the character of Muslim immigration to Wrocław, everyday problems of immigrants and adjustment strategies.
