CONSUMER SALES IN THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS AND IN THE CIVIL CODE
The article presents the concept of consumer sales and consumer sales in the regulation of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the definition of consumer sales in the Polish Civil Code along with a comparison of these two regulations. It indicates some inconsistencies between Polish law and the Convention as well as their possible consequences and it proposes methods of their elimination.
