The article aims to determine what legal form of the written notification of the consideration of the application for co-financing of participation in a rehabilitation camp, regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of November 15, 2007, would be the optimal solution for the applicant. It is significant that the legislator used the term “information” in the content of the said act. However, it requires consideration of what this “information” is and whether it provides sufficient guarantees for the protection of individual rights. It seems that depending on the legal form of this written notification, one can talk about the effectiveness of securing the situation of the beneficiaries of this aid or its lack.
