Adapting GAT2 conventions for the transcription of spoken Polish as part of the GeWiss project

This paper discusses changes in GAT 2 transcription conventions within the Polish part of the GeWiss project dedicated to the spoken academic discourse. The changes are introduced primarily to adapt the transcription to Polish language characteristics, and secondarily, to simplify given problems with corpus methods using the EXMARaLDA tool. The changes simplify and unify the notation of selected non-verbal phenomena.
