We are pleased to invite you to submit your original research articles and review papers in the forthcoming issue of Anglica Wratislaviensia devoted to the study of Slavic languages from psycholinguistic perspective. We expect contributions focusing on cross-linguistic research as well as studies on a particular language in such areas as language processing, use and acquisition. The questions to be addressed include but are not limited to the following topics:
- What impact does research on Slavic languages have on the general psycholinguistic theories?
- Are the findings on typologically different languages replicable in Slavic?
- How can Slavic languages broaden the scope of psycholinguistic research?
- Do Slavic languages bring new research questions in play due to their specific structure?
- Are there any practical constraints to the psycholinguistic research on Slavic languages?
Most welcome are the articles reporting the experimental research in phonetics, phonology, morphosyntax, semantics, pragmatics, as well as first and second language acquisition.
