“There’s this uninteresting story I’d like to tell you today...” or some ways of enchanting a student
Aim of this paper is to present in which way achievements of classic rhetoric are used by contemporary academic lecturers. Analyzed material shows that function of rhetorical figures and tropes is not only essential making lecture more coherent and clear, but also aesthetic/entertainment maintaining attention of students.
