Reflections concerning creation and identity of constitutional political regimes in the former Third World

Abstract

Formalised constitutionalism actually is present in almost the whole World, as is also the case in the states of the former Third World. They march in the way indicated by the creators of the An-glo-Saxon Constitution in Philadelphia — initially the statehoods of Latin America and Liberia as “African America”. Later constitutionalism conquered Asia, with China and India, as well as Oce-ania. The specific sphere of the “poor South” constitutes Islamic countries, where persistently the main law is based on the Koran. In most cases we observe a formally constitutionalised monocracy, which is the natural form of political community. Over the next years it is likely that this situation will be similar, because constitutionalism and liberal democracy are in the phase of decadence.
