ISSUES IN CRIMINAL LAW, EXECUTIVE CRIMINAL LAW AND CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

The main aim of the paper is the presentation of a few reflections concerning awareness of the meaning of forensic knowledge in law trials — in a working judicial authority. Surveys concerning the stated problem were conducted among university students and judges. The obtained results be-came the basis of the formulated final conclusions.
