Abstract

Discussions on self-government’s future in an dynamically changing environment of public administration confirm the complexity of problems which are subject to extensive scholar debate. In a globalised world the efficiency of administering local community requires the institutional cooperation between the public (self-governmental), economic, and social sectors.
