AXIOLOGY OF THE EUROPEAN UNION PROCEDURES. AN OUTLINE OF THE PROBLEM
The paper focuses on three aspects of axiology European Union procedures. This article indicates:
1 the dignity of the procedural, which is associated with human rights;
2 procedural rationality associated with the process of law-making and decision-making;
3 procedural justice, combined with the process of applying the law.
