Abstract

The fate of Spanish Jews in Caminando y hablando. La historia real de una familia sefardí by Harry Moreno

The aim of this paper is to present the Sephardic saga Caminando y hablando. La historia real de una familia sefardí by Harry Moreno, which is a Judeo-Spanish equivalent of Ashkenazic literature of the same kind, much more well-known in Poland. The novel is investigated as the way of expressing the Sephardic identity and also as the homage paid to the “family patrimony” of the author.
