Abstract

The study attempts to present the most important problems related to the practice of granting a pharmacy authorization. The statutory conditions for starting a business, obtaining a permit and its withdrawal were assessed, including in particular the requirement to have a warranty on the proper running of a pharmacy by an entrepreneur and a pharmacist (pharmacy manager).
