Representation of capital companies with the participation of proxies and civil representatives

Abstract

The article based on the dogmatic research and desk research methods is a synthetic review of legal regulations and doctrine views presented in the context of the principles of proxies and civil representatives’ participation in the process of representing capital companies. Two research problems were analyzed. First of all, the study is an attempt to answer the question of what the relations between the regulations provided for in the Commercial Companies Code and the provisions provided for in the Civil Code regarding the representation of capital companies by proxies are. Secondly, it discusses the terms and circumstances under which it is permissible to represent capital companies through the civil representatives.
