The author aims to draw attention to the issue of immunity by presenting the modern understanding of the concept of parliamentary immunity and defining the limits of its operation as well as indicating its characteristics (permanence, absolute, absolute as well as frequency). The author focuses his attention mainly on the analysis of the regulations on the problem in question, expanded by a number of views of the doctrine.
