Abstract

In this paper, the author reviews statutory regulations establishing atypical ways of terminating of employment. Their use by the legislator results in the necessity to look for a model of judicial protection that would ensure the proper implementation of the constitutionally guaranteed right to a court. The analysis of the introduced regulations shows that there is no rational justification for the need to introduce them and questions the rightness of interfering with the classic division between legal events and legal acts leading to termination of employment both in the case of employment relationships and employment relationships of an administrative nature.
