Nature protection as a legal condition of creating restrictions in freedom of conducting economic activity in Poland

Abstract

The article aims at a brief analysis of the institution of restrictions in economic activity es-tablished because of nature protection reasons. Thus, firstly it is essential to describe the notions of nature and nature protection and relate them to the terms of conducting economic activity in Poland under the provisions of The Constitution of the Republic of Poland. Then, the analysis shows the conditions of restricting constitutional rights and freedoms in Poland, and freedom of conducting economic activity itself. Nature protection reasons can be understood in terms of important public interest which creates the material conditions to restrict freedom of conducting economic activity in Poland.
