The public procurement sector has been important for years for the development of the Polish economy, constituting an important area both in terms of size and the potential for creating new development directions. It should be considered as correct that it is treated as a tool for effective management of public funds, but also as an important instrument in shaping social, ecological, and sustainable development policies.
