Legal Grounds for Supporting Entrepreneurs

Pages: 159-168

Abstract

Entrepreneurs use various forms of support from the state, and although the legislator indicates entities and instruments, the premises for such support are mentioned only sporadically. They do not arise directly from legal acts, but should be derived from the constitutional principle of the social market economy. The premises of support can also be found in the Law on Entrepreneurs, the Law on Public Aid and legislation relating to extraordinary measures.
