Abstract

Corruption is a phenomenon which is hard to put into a definitive framework because of its universality and entropy. In the public procurement sector there is a clear and dynamic interaction between public entities and private entrepreneurs, using public funds, which promotes numerous corrupt interactions. For these reasons, numerous administrative-legal regulations have been formed in the public procurement sector aimed at counteracting this phenomenon.
