The term unavoidability of public administration is a response to the sometimes disturbing phenomenon of reducing public administration at the ideological, organic and practical levels. At the root of the phenomenon of reducing public administration is the idea of liberalism. Reducing the state and its administration has its limits. The most common border in practice is the crisis of the state and public administration.
