Abstract

 

The concept of God in the philosophy of Konstantin E. Tsiolkovsky

The article presents the main assumptions of the philosophy of God, which we can find in the work of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky. It is highlighted that his theology is based on scientific faith and scientific picture of the world. The focus is on monism and panpsychism present in the reflection of the Russian thinker. In particular, the paper examines the concept of the first cause used by Tsiolkovsky and points out the similarities and differences between his and Christian concepts of God.
