Social integration and eligibility of expenditurein Human Capital Operational Programme

Human Capital Operational Programme — PO KL carrying out the National Strategic Reference Framework 2007–2013 is financed by European Social Fund 85% and by national budget 15%. This programme supplies 11.5 billion euro http://www.efs.gov.pl/WstepDoFunduszyEuropejskich/Strony/Oprogramie.aspx for the diverse actions developing human capital. The actions counteracting the problems of social exclusion can be financed from PO KL as well.It has special priority VII of promotion of social integration. The subjects that want to carry out the actions from this priority must prepare a project consistent with the principals of eligibility.
This programme can be unusual chance for usual people, but can we use this chance?
