Theoretical problems of sociopolitical conflicts and their specifics. The attempt of exemplification

The social conflict was initially defined as a struggle of two or more entities striving for legalizing particular goals. The parties of the conflicts aiming at different methods attack, defence, bidding made a choice of particular methods and operational strategies. As early as at the turn of the XIX and XX century, psychologists and politologists made an effort to clarify its essence in the aspect of multicapable determinants. A certain general developmental regularity was observed, including such elements as enmity, violence, frustrations, rivalry. However, just at the half of the XX century it was noticed that the competition, rivalry and enmity are not homogeneous and may vary and they are not always permanent elements of conflicts. Nowadays, in the methodological aspect, a variety of the problem is recognized, which is estimated in the categories of “society conflict patterns”. Different stages of a conflict may be binding as far as methods of elaboration that may repress the tension and eliminate the causes or even eliminate it altogether.
Nowadays, a new social phenomenon is a conflict, which emerges from the divergent goals, which occur between the rights of the citizens and the resources of the society. Social conflicts are analysed as far as science in the perspective of mass social movements, for instance a conflict between the government and the authorities of the Independent Self-governing Trade Union “Solidarity” in Poland between 1980 and 1981. Nowadays, the other conflicts are global conflicts which take place because of contradictory interests of different entities and they have an ethnic, religious, economic and cultural backgrounds.
