Abstrakt

Non-dialogical democracy. The case of Fourth Republic of Poland

The subject of the article is to describe a non-dialogical style making of politics, especially in democratic political systems. The phenomena are discussed on the basis of political practice of Fourth Republic of Poland. The most distinguished characteristics its politics, described in the article, are the following: the state with mission defending morality and truth, enemy as ideological construction, permanent political conflict, everybody who is not with us is against us, etc. The author interprets all mechanisms not as properties constituting authoritarian and totalitarian syndromes but as elements emerging new type of democracy, non-dialogical democracy, democracy without social capital
