Trade unions as an entity that realizes aims and tasks of social policy. Selected issues: Social and educational activities
The article is a trail to show the trade unions as organizations which realize goals and tasks that are set for social policy. Among these goals and tasks, trade unions realize issues related to social activities, training and education. The scope of these activities depends on legal regulations, statutory provisions, other regulations and special funds. These activities certainly improve the knowledge of trade unionists and workers, as well as their living conditions.
