The development of the social economy as an example of social cooperatives. Analysis of good practices
The purpose of the article is to familiarize the reader with the issues of development of social economy in the context of social cooperatives as social enterprises operating in the field of market economy. The author defines key issues such as social economy, the subject of social economy, social enterprise and social cooperative. The article presents the role of cooperatives in market economy and good practices of selected social cooperatives as entities that meet the characteristics of modern enterprises.
