Abstrakt

Systemic competitiveness of national economy

Systemic competitiveness is playing an increasingly greater role in international competitiveness, testifying to attractiveness of systemic and regulation standards of economic activity, efficiency of public institutions and cultural competitiveness. The author points out that competitiveness should be based on reinforcement of market forces through deregulation and creating stable economic conditions. An important factor is relieving the government and increasing its effectiveness by delegating supervision to non-governmental bodies, combining private and public participants, reinforcing social solidarity and constructing the network of sector policies.
