Abstract

The article compares judicial and administrative execution directed at movable property, on which the possession of a permit is required. The matter is presented both from the perspective of the administrative enforcement authority and the court bailiff. Differences between
the methods of these authorities and the regulations that regulate these procedures are presented. The article also presents the issue in a systemic context, with regulations on other branches of law. A comparative example is the case of enforcement from gambling (slot) machines.
