The subject of this study is an analysis of the provisions on the protection of non-heteronormative people on the basis of international regulations in the context of their actual application in national laws, and thus with the actual legal protection of LGBT people. For a cross-sectional presentation of the problem, the most important provisions regarding the protection of non-heteronormative people have been analyzed on the basis of international law, as well as at the level of the Council of Europe and the European Union.
