The article presents legal measures that allow for the valorization of a public procurement contract. The author’s analysis covers both legal measures contained in the Civil Code and those contained in the Public Procurement Law. The article describes in detail the conditions for applying valorization clauses, the rebus sic stantibus clause, and making changes to a public procurement contract in cases specified in the contract. Part of the article is devoted to presenting and evaluating the changes introduced by the Legal Shield regarding the valorization of public orders.
