Abstract
The introduction of Employee Capital Plans, the so-called 13 old-age pensions, as well as a departure from the percentage indexation of retirement and disability benefits are examples of changes in the perception of social security. Solutions introduced by public authorities have less and less to do with insurance methods and introduce new mechanisms foreign to the existing social insurance. The purpose of this article is to provide a view indicating the termination of social security in Poland and an attempt to explore a new technique for implementing the right to social security.
