Abstrakt

The conception of a dictionary of Polish particles

In the paper an outline of the conception of a dictionary of Polish particles is presented. The first part of the study contains considerations on a scope of the notion of particle and on the way of the establishing a set of lexical units which will be described in the dictionary. In the second part of the paper the main principles of the composition of lexical entries are being discussed. They will include prosodic, syntactic, semantic and pragmatic descriptions of the separate particles and metalexicographic information concerning them. The dictionary which is in preparation will be a scientific, documentary and explanatory one.
