Abstract

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Li and dali in direct and embedded questions</strong><br /><br />The subject of the paper is the dialectal differentiation of the Macedonian language from the perspective of the direct and embedded questions' formation. Motivation for exploring the research question was the semantics of the interrogative&nbsp;dali, as a new formation in Macedonian. The semantics of&nbsp;dali is examined in terms of its areal distributionin the direct as well as embedded questions in the Macedonian dialects.</p>
